Prof. Dr. Evelyn Kästner is a professor of media management and marketing at Macromedia University. As a communications and media scientist with a doctorate in marketing science, she researched brand management, media management and live communication for several years. For her publications in the field of trade fair research, she was invited by the American Marketing Association to be a panelist at the AMA Summer Conference in 2009. Her professional positions took her as a marketing, sales and communications manager in the areas of biomedicine, further training and human resources services. Before moving to academia in November 2019, she was most recently press spokesperson and head of communications at a biomedical Leibniz Institute.
